The first time we visited this facility, our care team was awesome! They listened to us, were engaged and comforting. This time the care felt very cold. The nurse was not super friendly, and did not make us feel comfortable, happy, or excited. The doctor also seemed a bit distracted/disengaged. We felt more like burdens than scheduled patients. The first time our ultrasound tech engaged with us in terms we would understand. This time the tech used only abbreviations and everything sounded like “dooms day”. She also made me feel like I was doing something wrong, for almost all of the appointment. Overall not a great experience. I hope next time we come we get the tech from our first appointment!

I was 20 minutes early to my appt and they were able to see me 15 minutes before my scheduled appt.

Kind of felt like the ultrasound was rushed. The tech was super nice though.

Doctor and nurse are taking very good care of each and everything. They are providing right information in correct time without any delay. Everyone is very kind.
